Shows the author's user name or its alias if it exists.
Requirements
- The article option Show Author must be set to Show.
- In order to be linkable, the article option Link Author must be set to Yes, the user must be linked to a contact of the core
Contacts
component and the content plugin contact is enabled (if several contacts are linked to the user, the last one found is used).
New Owners of Trombinoscope Contacts Pro can link the author to a Trombinoscope Contact profile when the content plugin TCP contact is enabled.
When Community Builder
is installed, the author can be linked to the community builder user profile (the link is active when the user is logged in).
