alphabet ordering dissapeared was created by hardi
Hi.
After upgrading to 2.4.1 in backend I see the "Labels" in tabs. Not the title (see screenshot).
Beside this, I had in front end an alphabetical sortener which dissapeared and in this place there is a "clear" button

Hello,

about the missing translations: you may want to try re-installing the component, it should fix the issue.

As far as the alphabetical index is concern, the new indexing system should have been backward compatible with previous versions. Did you change any value (contact ordering for instance) beside updating the component?

Check index values in the 'pagination' tab and save the menu item once you made sure the settings are correct for your configuration.

Actually, the problem exists only in local version with wamp server.
In live site everything is OK.

I also use Wamp for my tests. I do not see such issue on my Wamp Server.
What versions of PHP and mySQL are you using?

PHP: 5.6.16
MySQL: 5.7.9

I have many issues in various projects. See screen shot from another component in the same project

I cannot really see what are the errors on the screenshot you provided... but I do run PHP 5.6 with Joomla 3.6 without issues. Your Joomla install may be corrupted, you may want to try re-installing it. Before that, check Extensions -> Manage -> Database and Warnings to see if there is something obvious to fix.
