Stylesheets are not applied to the extension was created by admin
Sometimes the stylesheets' file permissions are not 'good enough' and result in error 500 (most stylesheets are PHP files that need to be executed). No style is applied to the extension and nothing seems to work.
Set the permission to 744 (allow execute to owner) instead of 644 to all style.css.php files to solve the problem.
