I don't see anything wrong in the code so far. Is there a way to disable jQuery for the swMenuPro module?
If not, maybe you will need to use jQuery Easy to sort this out. It will eliminate the extra library, the extra noConflict() code and hopefully solve your issue.

I disabled jquery in swmenupro and this seems to have helped.
