First I would like to thank you for the patience you have with me and the time that you're dediceando 
. Unfortunately, in order to change the permissions I have the same scherrmata posted by you, without the ability to enter the numeric parameter, that option is not there. Perhaps, I do not know how, I found a solution. I went to a tool called repair permissions, click here magically you see your beautiful form and it works fine. I use it in two ways, on the homepage of my site only show the latest 10 news including photos.
On the "General News" I will show you all, with the option of paging, then every few turns a new page
