Greetings,

I  have LNE basic
I also have joomla gantry 5 

Can anyone take a look as to WHY it is not showing properly on the right sidebar on my page? the spacing is all messed up, its' all squished together! I tried changing padding and all that.  Nothing is working ! Cache is off as well.

Hello,

you need to change the settings for item width.
Right now, item width is set to 100px, which is VERY small. Give it a bigger size. Experiment with or without max width.
If you remove pagination, you can use a width of 100%, which will take the whole sidebar width.

Thanks for the wonderful plugin and help

However I followed your recommendations and now:

it displays white space where the output should be!? When I do a mouse-over the items are there but they are transparent? What in dog's name? :D

I think I already replied but maybee it didnt come through.

I followed your directions, but now if you check my site, it shows transparent items. They are there but they are transparent? What the heck happened? Check the right side of the page you wlll see tooltips popup but the items are invisible?

My website shows invisible items now AFTER i made the changes.

Any idea why? :-)

No worries, your messages went through. As stated in this forum, each post has to be approved before being visible. That's unfortunate but spam posts are a plague and to avoid it this is the only way to remove them before actually invading the site...

What is going on:

you eliminated pagination BUT the stylesheet from previous configuration has not been refreshed. Therefore, you are now getting an invisible list (lists are invisible until pagination kicks in). So you need to empty any possible cache you have on the site/page/module and make sure your meule instance is set to work in test mode (found in the advanced parameters).
