Hello,
have you selected a category and are there any contacts in that category (setup in the Joomla!'s contact administration pages)? What parameters have you set in the module?

These are user groups. Not contacts. The contacts are found under the components menu in the Joomla! administration.

I'm trying to present contact like your example but don't know how you do. Each option I tried just present a list of contacts, no cards. Can you help me?

Hello,
which example are you talking about? I have quite a few.
You probably will have to tweak the stylesheet of the component to get the look you want but you should already have a pretty good looking contact sheet to start with. What your contact list look like so far?
