Do you have any picture setup for the contacts? Any default picture setup in the module?
Would you have a live link to look at by any chance?
You also need to add info to the contacts (standard Joomla! component) and select that info in the module. For instance:

You are not using the module here. It is just a category list. Trombinoscope is a module. If you want it in a content page, you need to create an article, use a third party plugin that allows you to add a module into an article and then make the Trombinoscope menu item you created link to that article.
