Jquery Error in Trombinoscope Menu was created by Rusty320
Hi,

I have a strange issue with an error coming up when I try to load or add a Trombinoscope Enhanced Menu item. The error I get is
"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: /media/jui/js/jquery.js:136

I'm not sure if it is Trombinoscope related or not and looks like a conflict that I can't seem to fix.

Would appreciate any help...

Alan

Hello,
Trombinoscope uses jQuery only for resizing purposes on responsive designs (so you may not need this option, which is 'on' when you set min and max card sizes). It forces jQuery to load only in that case. The version loaded is part of the Joomla framework.
So yes, Trombinoscope is responsible for the loading of jQuery in the previous case, but the fact that your website cannot load jQuery is another problem.
If you don't need that capability, unset min and max sizes and you won't have any jQuery loading.

Olivier.
