thanks for this great extension I used over the years with my joomla websites.
I'm experiencing a problem showing new news written on joomla 5.
This is the current situation:
-- Upgrade joomla from 3.10.12 to 5.2.3 ---
Exported article from 3.10.12 to 5.2.3 with j2xml mantaining IDs  to a fresh 5.2.3 installation.
Everything is working fine except when I write a new article in joomla 5.2.3 is not showing in LNE module.
The strange thing is if I use latest news core module, it shows the new written article.
New written article is showing without problem in joomla blog page also.
I didn't find any errors or warnings in FF inspect console.

The only strange bahaviour is that old articles ID (the ones imported from the old site and showing correctly) are like 921 - 922- 923 while new articles start from 1669 - 1670 and so on.

Could be this the problem to prevent new article by been shown?
