Thank you for the screenshots.
The module uses PHP to display the time. I suggest you check your php.ini file for date.timezone and see if it is set to Greece.

Ok, perfect.
Now take one article, check its dates (created/published). Compare them to the date shown in the module. Check also the dates of that same article in your database.
Would it be possible you saved some articles before changing the server time zone?

I created an article on K2 showed me the correct time creating and not the tool, and also checked the database and actually writes the wrong time got involved rather badly :(
