Equal Heights Cards and Trim URL was created by MyWorld
Hi Olivier,

Would it be possible to be able to manipulate the data in the backend, for example:

1) Select what data we want to export

2) Add an "export contacts" button, similar to how you have an "import contacts" button.

3) Add different ways to download the data, eg: pdf, csv, etc..

Just that we are keeping a spreadsheet of the content and these options would help.

Thanks!

This is planned for a later release.
Right now I am focusing on Joomla 4 compatibility.

However, I am not planning on pdf export at the moment. It will only be CSV export.

Olivier.

OK thanks - looking forward to those.

Two additional questions:

1) When I download the csv is there a way to download contacts that are not published? I asked because this is going to be an ongoing list and sometimes we want the ones that are published, the ones that are not published, or both.

2) Is it possible to choose which fields to display on the website for each contact.

Thanks!

Oh sorry one more question...

When I download the CSV, the address fields are not downloaded, eg: Address, City, Province, etc... those fields are not included. How can I include them?

Thanks!

You can only download data that is visible to the logged user.

Therefore:
- only published contacts,
- only information fields that you have selected in the view (which you can change depending on user access).

So if you want to output address fields, they need to be present in some way in your view.

Olivier.
