Hi, I have the following problem.
I have contacts in two different categories. Now I want to make the Single Contact (2 Column) page for one category of contacts different from the contacts of the other category.
I can override the Single Contact page by creating a hidden menu item for each contact. I wonder if there is an easier way?

Hello,

it really depends on how different the two layouts need to be.
You have several options:

- use CSS to modify the layouts and hide fields,

- create a template override of the contact view in which you can add specific code by testing in which category the contact is (call it something different than the default),

- create menu items for each contact in the category where you have the least contacts (only do-able if you have just a few to deal with or else it will become a nightmare) - which is what you seem to be doing now.
