hello,

yes it is!
If the user has proper access permissions, he/she can download data from a Trombinoscope grid or list view. Permissions are set in the global configuration of the extension.
Only the filtered contacts are downloaded. And only the visible data for each contact.

No Problem!

Create a menu item. It won't work with module instances.
In the menu item's 'page display' tab, there is an option: 'allow download as CSV'. Set it to 'yes'.

Go to the global configuration of the extension, 'permissions' tab.
Set the user groups who can access the 'download' action.

A user will see the download link at the top of the page IF and only IF he is a member of the user group that has permissions to download.

A Super User will always see it.

Ummm I changed 'allow download as CSV' to 'yes'.

I'm not seeing the download link. Is it supposed to be on the front-end?

I am the Super User so I didn't have to change any permissions as it is automatic.

Yes, you should see it (in the frontend), if logged as Super User, in the Trombinoscope grid or list view you have created.

It would be at the same spot as 'print' (upper right corner, in a select box).

If that does not work, send me an email at [email protected] with credentials so I can see it.
