Hi there,

1) I updated to Version 4.7.1 but now I don't see the option to download the CSV file.  I'm logged in to the backend but that option is no longer visible on the front end.

2) Also, if I upgrade to the Joomla 4 version, can it be used on Joomla 3?

3) Why am I not able to see my forum topics?

Hello there,

the option to download the CSV file of the contacts has not been removed. Only users with the right permission can do so (see the 'permissions' tab of the global configuration for the extension).

In each trombinoscope list or grid view, you have the option 'allow download as CSV' in the 'page display' tab.

Joomla 3 and Joomla 4 versions are NOT inter-changeable.
You need to download and install the Joomla 4 supported version for Joomla 4.

Finally, forum topics are visible once moderated (once I first make sure it is not spam).

To see the previous topics you posted:
on the left side menu, select 'My topics'.
Under the 'My topics' title, on the page, right end side, there is a combo box. Select 'all' to see all topics.
By default, you only see last month's posts.
