Olivier,
since my last post, i've changed the template of my site. I've transfered the "old site" contact database to the "new site", and use the same parameters for T.E. in my top menu. Before i had the link for the contact form under the picture and a correct dipslay of the adress. Now the adress in not complete and i have no link for the contact form. Is there a conflict between your module and the new template ?
Can you help me to fix the problem?

the menu of top bar : press "Bureau national" or "Contact"
ident (admin) : "olivier" / pwd : your name

Hello Alain,
I am sorry but the screenshots you are showing me are actual contact pages, which are not part of the extension Trombinoscope Extended, but are Joomla! standard pages skinned by your template. Trombinoscope Extended does not skin contact pages (at least not at this point).
You may have several layout options in your template ('contact manager options' -> 'choose a layout')
