issues after upgrading from 1.3.3 to 1.3.6 was created by hbesri
Hello,

I have a list of contact with only a contact picture, contact name and contact Other information field. The picture is at the left of the contact name and other info text.
After I ugraded to 1.3.6, the contact name and the text is below the picture.
I have also set a pagination (page number). After the upgrade, it is displayed as a bullet list.

I don't know how to fix this.

Hello Hicham,
have you looked at the release notes for all the versions since you last setup the component? I think you will be able to fix your issues with the information you can find at simplifyyourweb.com/index.php/downloads/...ombinoscope-extended (read mostly the notes - in red).
A lot of changes have been made.
Please get back to me if you still cannot fix your issues or if some of the changes do not seem clear to you.

Hello Olivier,

Many thanks for replying so fast.
I've setup the field "Other info" accordingly with no success.
I have also restored the website as a new install (in the same server though) and I don't have that problem.
I really don't know what to do next.

I went to the page and is set as 404. So it does not help me help you :-)
Are you sure the stylesheets are applied to the contacts? (check the source code, click on the stylesheet of the component and check if you don't get a 500 error).
I am also confused: you say you restored the website and there is no problem. So you have 2 websites now? One where the contacts show correctly and one where the contacts do not? Are the components on both of the same version? Or is one at 1.3.3 and one at 1.3.6?
Do you have screenshots? A valid URL? Thank you :-)

Hi Olivier,

When I click on the component stylesheet, this is what I get:

When I go to the page, I don't get a 404.

You can find the exact same page in www.herrmann-europe.com/wholebrainthinki.../accueil/nos-experts

The component in both installs are the same version (1.3.6)

Hi Olivier,

I found where the problem was coming from. I use Admin Tools from Akeeba Backup and I created an .htaccess file. The problem was that the stylemaster.css.php file could not be accessed (error 403). I just modified the htaccess file, allowing direct access to the stylemaster.css.php file and voilà!

The weird thing is that I have a replica of the website in the same server and I did not have any trouble.
