I am able to create a Trombinoscope menu item in the backend of my site but I am unable the access the webpage up front. I simply get a blank page? Same happens when I active the Trombinoscope module. On every page the trombinoscope module is supposed to appear the webpage goes blank?!

Am I missing something?

Used systems:
Joomla 3.2.1
Trombinoscope Extended 1.5.1

Any help much appreciated!

Hello,
this usually happens when the external library required for the component to work is missing.
Did you download and install the external library?
