Good day!! I can get the Pagination to work but the default display is always categories. I want it to be last name. Invoking the Alpha Index gets the names in First Name order. I have attached my input file. What am I missing?

Otherwise, it works like a champ!!!

Hello,

I am not sure I fully understand your requirement and either you can't show the alphabetical index or the names are not sorted by last name (or both).

To show the alphabetical index, go to the indexing section of the pagination tab of any Trombinoscope menu item.

To order by last name, go to the 'options' tab, 'order' the items 'by sort field' since you have those fields (sortname1, sortname2) for your contacts. That should do the trick.
