Tag field empty after sorting was created by Jfranck
When i sort my contacts in the backend my tags are lost.
So I use Categories but also tags to create my contact-pages.
However I have filled in the tags several times with several contact but after a while they are lost every time.
Somebody knows this issue?

Hello,

do you loose the tags when you edit contacts in the backend (in the administration console)? If so, you should report this issue to the Joomla team.
I have not noticed that issue before. What version of Joomla are you using?

3.8, indeed, it is while working in the backend.
Just sorting them and the tags are gone.
So it could be a Joomla issue.

It seems like it definitely is a Joomla issue, Trombinoscope Contacts Pro uses the Contacts component to get the data from.

In GitHub, I have found the same issue with articles:
Tags are lost when changing the ordering #1957
github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/1957

But really old and fixed.

You definitely should submit this.
