The designer of the media player said that my site is using a variety of js libraries that are not letting it function properly. (i.e. the Audio button will not play the MP3 under the video player)

I still get the same error with I enable the Plugin. I tested all jQuery library settings see screenshot.

I reinstalled the revised plugin you attached and the error is referring to a different line in the code:
