Hi,

I am unable to install this extension, hope you can help me to sort it in lay man language since I am not a technical guy. Attached is snap shot.

Hello,
usually this happens when the wrong version is getting installed.
Please make sure you are installing the right package for the Joomla! version you are using.

Hi,

We are using Joomla 3.2.1, I am sure it is right version. I am not even able to install "Library file"..

This is rather strange, there usually is no problem installing the files. You can try to unzip the files into a directory and install the files from there ('install from directory' in Joomla!). Let me know if that works for you.
