"Empty solution not allowed" was created by amemiya
I have been used "Rescue Me ReCaptcha".
I know that I have to use Joomla3.* and I use Joomla3.* at some website.
But I have to use 2.5 at some website by all means, so the product you made has saved me. Thank you!

Today I checked site after a long time and I found error message "Empty solution not allowed" . I use Rescue Me ReCaptcha 1.0.2.

Do you have information about this?

Hello,

this usually happens when the site and secret keys are not the right ones or are no longer valid and they need to be re-generated (at Google www.google.com/recaptcha). You may want to double-check your reCaptcha keys, as Google gives different keys for different versions of reCaptcha.

Also make sure there is only one reCaptcha on the pages where you have it enabled.

As you advised, I reacquired eCAPTCHA-key v2 and registered it in the plugin. But unfortunately, the error display did not change.

I also confirm that there is only one reCaptcha on this page.

For the time being, I'm going to run the site without the reCaptcha feature, but I'll continue to try ways to avoid the error.

Thank you for your suggestion.

When I was looking for the cause of the error again, I realized my misunderstanding.

The plugin download page contains an important notice that MooTools 1.4.5 files must be copied from Joomla 3. * to work. I misunderstood that installing the plugin v1.0.2 would also update MooTools 1.4.5 files.

After manually copying and configuring MooTools 1.4.5 files, the error disappeared and reCaptcha is now working properly.

It was my mistake. sorry.

No worries, glad you go it working!

I did not mention MooTools because usually you get a different error than "Empty solution not allowed" when you get a conflict.

So, good that you went back to the download page!
