Hello,

I tried to follow every advice in the documentation and the forum but unfortunately I only can see the contact-photos without any contact information in the module.

See Link: www.ff-engersdorf.at/%C3%BCber-uns/kommando.html (also attached)

All I want is to show the contact information of our fire-brigades commanders and the rest of the team.

Please could you tell me, what I´m doing wrong?
If neccessary I can support you with direct access to the backend of the site.

Best greetings from Austria!

Thomas

Hello Thomas!

this is just a problem with file permissions.

When I look at the source code of the page and click on the stylesheets for the module, I can see that the file /cache/mod_trombinoscopecontacts/style_94.css on the server does not have access permissions.

The files in the /cache should have access permission in order to be usable.

You can read about this issue at www.simplifyyourweb.com/documentation/tu...-no-matter-what-i-do

Hello, thx for advice so far.
My next problem: only a part of the contact information shows. Can´t find out why...
Please help once more.

Hello,

it's because the font color used by the template is close to the background color used for each contact.

In the 'CSS additions' parameter of the module ('theming' tab), just add:

.fieldvalue { color: #000 }

to show the text in black.
