Since Joomla seems to be unable or unwilling to allow a contact to be attached to multiple categories, how wonderful it would be if Trombinoscope were able to make use of the tags field in the contact. Then I could have one contact in several different Trombinoscope lists, depending on the tags.

Hello,
this feature has been integrated in Trombinoscope Extended a few months ago. Now contacts can be sorted by keywords. You can also use the module to show related contacts thanks to common keywords, like it is already the case with articles in standard Joomla!.
