If I have the one you are thinking, I believe the no conflict button was already checked  It says, "in script"

Maybe I have the wrong spot but I didn't see another one.

I would be happy to let you look at it.  It is on a test site, so I am not really all that worried about it.  I will even give you user access.  However, if you change anything, I would like to know what makes it work.  I will need to do the same on the real site and on about 4-5 others.

This is the right spot. It just did not show in the report you gave earlier. So all is good there!

There is actually an error on your HTML 5 player script:

autoPlay:flase,

It should be 

autoPlay:false,

Well, That was progress.... the script was the issue in the player showing up.

Now, just to figure out why it is not pulling the stream from the source.  No audio and no data showing up....
