Anyone know if simplifyyuorweb offers an extension that has user fillable form & download file with unique ID?

I want to offer an ebook or ebooks to download ONLY If users fill out a form.  Once they fill it out, it redirects them to a unique ID download URL

Any idea?

I do not offer this kind of extension at the moment.
You may find what you are looking for at Tassos.gr.

would you say what tassos offers in terms of form builder being better than RSFORMS? can you say? :)

I would not know, I have not used RSForms.
But Tassos' extension is rather easy to use.
