captcha failure was created by fpierce
I attempted to submit an email support request, but it failed with captcha. Tried again through the email Contact form with the same result. I'm logged in to the site, all the required forms filled in so baffled. How can I submit an issue - a bit complex for the forum format but can try that I suppose.
