TRS - error message "No images created" after Joomla 5.4 update was created by Chamira
After  updating today to Joomla 5.4 the slide did not show in an existing TRS module.

I created a new module and then the following message appears : "No images created"

Hello, it is unlikely an issue with Joomla 5.4, but maybe an issue with a PHP update (and the image library is missing).

Make sure you are running the latest version of the module and that, inside the module, in the advanced tab, in the 'images' section, the image notification is all 'green' to process your images.

You can also enable debugging and error reporting on your configuration to see if there is an underlying error showing.

I have tested the module with Joomla 5.4 and 6.0 without issues, but maybe something fell through the cracks.

Hello Olivier,

This was a hosting issue.

GoDaddy seems to have moved the PHP version selection on Shared Hosting from cPanel to the GoDaddy hosting admin area.

This means there are some PHP modules that are not being enabled for the default PHP configurations. But you don't know this until you go in to cPanel.

Although it does not allow you to change the PHP version, it does allow you to enable additional modules.

I found these image libraries not enabled - such as imagick or gd.

This caused the error in the extension Truly Responsive Slides "No images were generated".

I am not sure if other hosting companies have the same issues.

Thank you for the feedback. This was unfortunately out of our control.

FYI, the modules show warning messages when image libraries are not (or no longer) available.
This is why I was suggesting to look for the 'advanced' tab in my previous answer.
