Thanks for the pointer, still researching the problem however when I click on the link through Google Chrome Inspection tools I get the 404 error i.e.

www.xplainitonline.info/anartya/modules/...4949&font_ref_cal=14

However if I remove the % character the page is loaded:

www.xplainitonline.info/anartya/modules/...4949&font_ref_cal=14

Should the % be in the passed through parameters?

The 404 comes after the 406 in Firefox, so that is why I pointed out the 406 error first, thinking the 404 error could just be linked to it.
This is strange, the '%' never gave me, or any other client of the module for that matter, a problem. But I can see how it could become one. I will work on a fix and send you the updated version as soon as possible. Thanks for letting me know of this find. Should I use your username as your email address?
