I have created an instance of the module, title Latest News Enhanced Ext-Cotheridge.
I have selected position as {4CotheridgeNews}
I have used keywords for all articles - CotheridgeNews - appearing in two categories that have been selected in ' Category(s) '
I have created an article [ Cotheridge News ] into which I have put {loadposition 4CotheridgeNews}
- and I think I have everything I need in the module.
But nothing shows. What might I have missed or done wrong please?

Hello,
since you are not seeing anything, I am assuming you have the 'load module' plugin enabled. Otherwise you would see in your article the {loadposition ...}.
As a test, try the module in a template position to make sure this is not the mechanism for loading modules into articles that is not the problem.
Make sure 'related articles' in the module is set to 'no'.
Take out the meta keywords in the module options to see if you are getting the articles from the selected categories.
A screenshot of your basic options would be helpful as well :-)

I am assuming you have the 'load module' plugin enabled. No - I don't appear to have such a plug in!

However - this was the problem - it was set to YES
Make sure 'related articles' in the module is set to 'no'.

I now just need to look at the set up for the way it displays so hopefully all will be well very soon.

BTW, if using {loadposition}, you will need the standard content plugin 'load modules' enabled.
