Many thanks!

It actually seems to be called .onecatlink so I added the following to CSS override:
.latestnewsenhancedextended_190 .onecatlink {font-size:19px; font-weight:bold;}

And that did the trick.

Sorry, I forgot about the other class. There are 2 of them, depending on your settings (if there is only one category or several). Glad you found out by yourself.
