Hello,
this is hardly a mess. Just stylesheet conflicts between your template and the module. Nothing that cannot be fixed with just a couple CSS modifications. Can you please give me your URL so I can help you with the right changes? I need the URL to check what CSS properties form your template need to be overriden. Thank you.

It is actually not a CSS problem linked to your template at this point, but a problem of permission on the CSS file loaded for the module. Basically, you have no styling on the module because it is not loaded.
You will have to allow permissions on all the module CSS files. Problems of permissions have been extensively explained and resolved in this forum.
You may be using the extension 'admin tools'. If so, there are definitively answers about how to resolve those permission issues in this forum.

When using admin tools (the pro version), there are 2 lines to add to the section 'allow direct access to the following files' in the htaccess-maker tool:
modules/mod_latestnewsenhancedextended/stylemaster.css.php
modules/mod_latestnewsenhancedextended/animationmaster.js.php
That should solve the problem. Let me know!
