Some settings cannot be saved was created by Сергей_Матюнин
Options "Load icons font" and "load font IcoMoon" doesn't saves. I set "No" to both, click "Save" and I see "Yes (default)" again.

Hello, 

does this happen on module instance, menu items or global configuration (or on all cases) ? 

Try and save the global configuration parameters of the extension first.
'Load icon font' is one of those parameters that is checked against global (shared) parameters, so maybe for some reason your Joomla environment does not find the global settings.
