Hey there,

after updating the free version to pro Latest News Enhanced doesn´t work anymore. I have tried different solutions, but nothing helps.

what is not working? The access to the module instances in the console? The outputs on the website? Was your free version up-to-date before the upgrade?

After investigation, there is no 'crash' of any kind.
The pro version supports the extension 'Multicats' but that extension is not setup on your site. But it is enabled.
Latest News Enhanced Pro looks for articles having multicats categories and finds none.
Either setup multicats or disable it. That will fix the problem.
