I totally agree.

The extension loads the jQuery version packaged with Joomla, not its own version. Joomla includes Migrate by default.

If you want to use jQuery without Migrate, you can try the plugin jQuery Easy, which will give you the option to use any jQuery version you want and avoid migrate.

I already use jquery easy =)
Jquery 3.2.1.
When i turn on animation in the module - i get error. With migrate plugin works fine.

The scripts are compatible up to the jQuery version packaged with Joomla. It is impossible to fix those scripts for compatibility with the latest jQuery without breaking the compatibility for users of jQuery versions prior to v1. 12.x. That is why, until the move to Joomla 4, you will probably need to use Migrate under Joomla 3.
