Hello,

It is not available out of the box.

In a menu item, you can sort the items by date (in the 'item selection 'tab) then show year headings (options at the bottom of the 'pagination' tab).

You could also create a custom field of type list with the years you need. BUT that implies that each article is saved with that field set in the backend. That could work on a small set of articles, but if you already have hundreds of them, that won't be a workable solution for you.
