Hello, I am not able to figure out the process to use an image for my articles.

I wish to show the articles like this.

Title on top
Image next full width of module
Then the text from article before read more

What image do I need to use for this. An image in the article or a image and links image?

Hello,

you need to use the 'full width' style, in the 'body' tab, 'title' section, set 'position before head' to 'yes'.
Make sure the 'head' image width matches the overall width of the items.

Now, the image selection depends on what you have in your articles. If you have an intro image for each article, I would suggest to use that. This is really a matter of preference and what your article's content.
