Or it's necessary to customize css ?

Hello!

The calendar date can be shown if you select 'calendar' in the list of possible heads (in the 'layout' tab). Then all settings are done in the 'head: calendar' tab.

I realized you already had a 'head' of picture type, so my answer does not work.

However you can change the date format and add html tags to the date, so you can skin it with html.

For instance, use
l \<\/\b\r\> j M
to output
Wednesday<br>2 Jan
